Funding Options
Different funding options are available to the landowner, should they wish to invest in the project themselves we can offer part-funded and self-funded options.
Fully - Funded
This is the easiest option for landowners wishing to have a guaranteed income from a plot of land without investing any of their own money. We will assess your individual site and with your input help to select the most appropriate investor for your site. The investor will then lease the land from you and pay for the entire installation. You will then receive an agreed annual rental, subject to regular increases, for the duration of the lease.
Part - Funded
This option suits those individuals or businesses that would like to invest in the project themselves, but do not wish to commit to fund the entire project. This option requires some capital investment from the landowner, but the potential income is accordingly greater.
Self - Funded
With this option, the potential income is far greater. Depending upon the most suited Solar Technology, the capital investment can be repaid in as little as a few years. You will then take all the income for the site for the duration of the term.
